Brewers Digest is under new management. Tod Fyten and Mike Urseth have picked up the torch from previous owners Ron Siebel and Tom Volke. Tom and Ron have graciously consented to hang around and help us through the birthing process. We appreciate their insights and encouragement.
Former Editor Dori Whitney has retired and is reportedly living large in El Paso, Texas.
Tod and Mike have a strong background on the consumer side of the beer publishing business. They began the Beer Notes franchise in the early 1990's with Midwest Beer Notes, later adding Rocky Mountain and Northwest editions. Tod began his career in beer as a campus rep for Jake Leinenkugel and has worked for beer wholesalers, craft breweries and currently operates the Mantorville and the St. Croix Brewing Companies.
